Terms of Service
Service: Share Cash (셰어캐시)

1. Purpose
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using Share Cash ("the Service")
and the rights and obligations between users and the Service.
2. Definitions
- User: a member who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service
- Household (couple): a unit in which two users are connected via an invite code to
share ledger data
- Shared data: transactions, assets, budgets, categories, etc. that connected users
view and edit together
3. The Service
The Service provides a shared household-ledger feature for families and couples
(recording transactions, managing assets and budgets, statistics, automatic entry from
card payment notifications, push notifications, etc.). The Service's contents may change
as needed for operation.
4. Account and Sign-up
- Users may sign up by email or social login (Google, Apple, Naver, Kakao).
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and for guarding
against account theft or misuse.
5. User Obligations
- Users must not misappropriate others' information or use the Service for improper
purposes.
- Users are responsible for the data they enter.
6. Shared Data and Deletion
- Users connected as a household may view and edit each other's shared data, including
transactions.
- When a user deletes their account: for a solo user, all data is deleted. For a
partner-connected user, the user's personal information is deleted and the transactions
they entered remain in the partner's ledger, anonymized as "Deleted user". The
partner connection is severed upon deletion.
7. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided free of charge and is not liable for service interruptions due
to force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or third-party
infrastructure failures.
- The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of user-entered data; ledger data is for
reference only.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to
use of the Service follow applicable laws and customary practice.
