Service: Share Cash (셰어캐시)

Share Cash ("the Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable data
protection laws. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use,
store, and delete it.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address (for email sign-up), name (nickname),
password (hashed; email sign-up only)
- Social login information: the unique identifier and name issued by the social
provider (Google, Apple, Naver, Kakao). Some provider emails (Apple private relay,
Naver contact email, etc.) are not trusted and are not used to identify accounts.
- Ledger data: transactions you enter (amount, category, memo, date), assets
(accounts), budgets, categories, and recurring transactions. These are shared with
your partner when you connect as a couple (household).
- Push notification token: the device token (FCM) and platform (iOS/Android) used
to deliver notifications.
- Card payment notifications (Android only, optional): if you grant permission, the
app reads card payment notification text on your device to suggest auto-entries.
Only items you confirm and save are sent to the server; the raw notification text is
neither transmitted to nor separately stored on the server.
The Service does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
2. How We Use Information
- Member identification, login, and account management
- Providing the shared ledger features (transactions, assets, budgets, statistics,
partner sharing)
- Sending push notifications (partner activity, card-entry prompts, etc.)
- Operating and improving the Service and responding to inquiries
3. Third Parties and Processing
We do not sell or share your personal information with outside parties without your
consent. We use the following providers' infrastructure to operate the Service:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notification delivery
- Social login providers (Google, Apple, Naver, Kakao) — login authentication
- NHN Cloud — server and data storage (Korea region)
4. Retention and Deletion
- Personal information is, in principle, deleted without delay upon account deletion.
- Solo user deletion: the account and all of that user's ledger data are permanently
deleted.
- Partner-connected user deletion: the user's personal information (email, name,
login credentials, social links, notification tokens) is deleted immediately. To
preserve the integrity of the shared ledger, transactions the user entered **remain in
the partner's ledger, anonymized as "Deleted user"** (no author personal information is
included).
- Where retention is required by law, data is kept for the required period and then
deleted.
5. Your Rights
You may view and correct your personal information at any time, and you can request
deletion of your account and personal information directly via More → Delete account
in the app.
6. Security Measures
- Passwords are stored using irreversible hashing.
- Communications are encrypted via HTTPS.
- Authentication tokens are stored in the device's secure storage (Keychain/Keystore).
