How to delete your Share Cash account and associated data.

Delete in the app (recommended)

• Open the app → More → Delete account → follow the prompts.
• Your request is processed immediately.

What is deleted

• Account info (name, email, login identifiers) and push notification token (FCM).
• If you use the app solo: all data — transactions, budgets, assets, household — is permanently deleted immediately.
• If you are linked with a partner: shared-ledger transactions are retained for your partner, while your account and identifying information are deleted and your authorship on entries is anonymized.

If you cannot access the app

• Email [email protected] with the email address used to sign up, and we will process the deletion after verifying your identity.

Retention

• Except where retention is required by applicable law, the above data is deleted without undue delay.
